Manchu Manoj has been facing tough time and he pinned all his hopes on his next film Okkadu Migiladu. Touted to be an action entertainer, Okkadu Migiladu has been helmed by a debutant Ajay Andrews Nuthaki and wrapped up all the post-production formalities. Manchu Manoj has been asked to essay dual roles in the film and Anisha Ambrose is the female lead. The movie has been initially announced for September 8th release but it got delayed.
The latest update is that the film has been struck with censor issues. The censor board rejected some of the episodes, which are said to be quite crucial for the film. Manoj will be seen essaying the role of a LTTE Chief in the film and the censor board members felt that some of the episodes are objectionable. A review committee will watch the film after which the makers will take a call on the release date.
