Tamil actor Vishal pinned all his hopes on his next film which is titled Action. The film directed by Sundar carried decent expectations and the theatrical trailer received top class response. But the openings across the Telugu states have been quite poor. Despite of getting a wide release, Action collected a theatrical share of just Rs 66 lakhs on its day one across AP and Telangana. Tamannaah is the leading lady and Trident Arts bankrolled the movie. Made on a budget of Rs 55 crores, Action needs to perform exceptionally well to recover the investments.
