The Producers and distributors across the Telugu states are discussing about the postponement about the summer releases. A clarity on the new release dates will be decided only after analyzing the impact of coronavirus in the coming weeks. As of now all the initial releases of March and April are pushed. The Film Chamber Council members met today to discuss the closure of film theatres.
With no footfalls and lack of releases in the coming weeks, most of the exhibitors are keen to close the theatres for the next two weeks. Telangana Film Chamber is waiting for the official word from the Telangana government and the AP Film Chamber too will follow the same. A clarity on the theatres shut down is expected this evening.
