Sensational director Puri Jagannadh is back to the track with his recent film Ismart Shankar which is named as the biggest blockbuster in his career. The ace director locked Vijay Devarakonda for his next and the film is titled Fighter. Though initially, the plan was to make the project in Telugu, Fighter is now a pan Indian film. Vijay Devarakonda plays a boxer in this action thriller and Ananya Pandey is the leading lady and the film releases this summer.
Puri Jagannadh is said to have penned an action thriller years ago. The ace director during his recent break re-worked on the script and he recently met, narrated it to KGF star Yash. The Kannada sensation is all impressed with the script and he gave his nod for Puri. With Yash gaining pan Indian appeal, Puri is in plans to make the film in all the Indian languages. Puri Jagannadh himself will bankroll the project.
