After the super success of Chalo, Naga Shaurya was in a mad rush and he took this as an opportunity and signed a bunch of projects. He pinned many hopes on Aswathama and the film ended up as a below-average fare at the box-office. He has been in talks for a film with Srinivas Avasarala and the film also completed some important schedules last year. But with the latest developments, it is almost clear that the project is now shelved.
Naga Shaurya – Srinivas Avasarala project went over the budget and the makers now decided to shelve the project instead of proceeding further. Naga Shaurya is tightlipped about the film and he moved on to his next film that is directed by Lakshmi Sowjanya. Sithara Entertainments are the producers. Shaurya also revived his shelved film that will be directed by Raja. The film too will start rolling later this year.
