Tamil actor Vijay is all set to test his luck with his next film titled Mersal. The movie is said to be a stylish action entertainer and is directed by Atlee who earlier worked with Vijay for Therii. The makers unveiled the first teaser of the film yesterday which has been shaking the internet all over. The teaser clocked 1 million views in less than five minutes. Mersal teaser crossed 10 million views in less than a day which is a record.
The teaser set new benchmarks after it received over 7 lakh likes which is a record in the history of YouTube. Vijay will be seen in three different roles in the movie and Samantha, Kajal Agarwal and Nithya Menen are the female leads. Produced by Sri Thenandal Films the movie has been announced for October 18th release. AR Rahman’s background score along with Vijay’s makerovers have been widely appreciated by the audience from the teaser.
