Manly Star Gopichand tasted a series of disasters and he has all his hopes on his next film titled Chanakya. The film is directed by Tamil director Thiru and is said to be a high voltage action thriller. Gopichand plays a RAW Officer in this action drama and the talkie part of the film got wrapped up recently. Mehreen is the female lead and the songs that are pending are canned currently in Europe.
As per the latest update, the makers are in plans to release Chanakya on October 5th during the Dasara season. The post-production work of Chanakya is currently on. Vishal Chandrasekhar is the music composer and most of Chanakya is canned in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. Gopichand injured himself during the shoot because of which Chanakya got delayed. The film will now clash with Chiranjeevi’s Syeraa and Venkatesh, Naga Chaitanya’s Venky Mama. Anil Sunkara is the producer of Chanakya.
