Analysis: The first half of Fidaa has been extremely convincing and will connect emotionally well. The narration has been extremely racy and will impress all the sections of the audience. The fresh locales, stupendous performances along with the beautiful narration makes the first half impressive. The interval episodes and the songs are the major highlights of the film.

The second half of Fidaa fails to make much impact as the film fails to connect emotionally well. The first half an hour of Fidaa makes no impact and is wasted completely. The film picks up slowly however it doesn’t match the pace of the first half. The pre-climax episodes look decent and the climax looks simple. On the whole the second half of Fidaa is a disappointment.

Performances: Sai Pallavi steals the show with her packed performance. She has been extremely dominating and her screen presence has been exceptional. Sai Pallavi has been completely apt as a Telangana girl. Varuntej looks simple, impressive and expressive throughout the film. Sai Chand, Raja and Sharanya Pradeep have been extremely supportive. All the other actors delivered out their best for the film.

The story of Fidaa looks decent and simple. The screenplay has been exceptional throughout the first half but it fails during the second half. The music and the background score are the major highlights of Fidaa and the cinematography has been apt and colorful. The production values look grand and Sekhar Kammula manages to make a decent comeback with Fidaa.

Final Word: Fidaa is one film that has a racy, engaging first half. But the second half dips down and manages to pick up during the end. Sai Pallavi tops the show with her flawless performance. Varuntej has been impressive.

Rating: : 3/5
