Tollywood shines in National Awards 2016 : The Government of India announced the 64th National Award winners for all those who contributed their best for Indian cinema. Sonam Kapoor’s Neerja has been awarded as the Best Film and Akshay Kumar is the best actor for the film Rustom. Surabhi Lakshmi is the best actress and Rajesh Mapuskar has been awarded the best director.
