Sensible filmmaker Sekhar Kammula made his comeback after three long years with Fidaa. The movie is said to be a romantic family entertainer. Varuntej and Sai Pallavi played the lead roles in the movie which has been produced by Dil Raju. Fidaa released on Friday and the film received exceptional response from the audience. The film had a solid weekend all over and it has been declared as a blockbuster all over. Fidaa collected Rs 9.8 crores in its opening weekend which has been decent.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR happened to watch the film during the weekend and he left the entire team in heaps of praises. KCR revealed that he loved the movie. Fidaa has been mostly shot in Banswada and the heroine hails from a Telangana family. Sai Pallavi’s Telangana diction has been well accepted by the audience. The movie unit has been left delighted after Fidaa has been raking huge figures all over.
