Katamarayudu First Weekend / 3 Days Collections : Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is back to track with his next movie titled Katamarayudu. The movie is said to be a village based romantic family entertainer and is directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani (Dolly) who worked with Pawan Kalyan for Gopala Gopala in the past. Katamarayudu is the remake of Tamil super hit movie Veeram and is made on a massive budget. Shruti Haasan is the heroine in the movie and Ali, Nassar, Rao Ramesh, Siva Balaji, Ajay, Chaitanya Krishna, Kamal Kamaraj essayed the other crucial roles in the movie.
Katamarayudu released in record number of screens and the movie received decent response from the audience. Katamarayudu collected a share of Rs 34.73 crores across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in its first weekend. This has been decent and Katamarayudu is expected to end up minting decent figures in the final run. Sharat Marar produced the film and Anup Rubens composed the music.
