Superstar Rajinikanthhas been quite disappointed with his recent failures and the actor decided not to take any more risk. He has been listening to scripts and he signed the movie Kabali at the right time. Rajinikanth wanted to come out with a sensible film that has been laced with commercial aspects. When many top directors are in race to direct Superstar, he called PA Ranjith who directed some critically acclaimed movies. Rajinikanth personally has taken care of the script and he participated in each and every step of story discussion. PA Ranjith made sure that he will not misuse the opportunity to direct the legendary actor.
As per the latest news, when PA Ranjith narrated the script, he wanted a negative climax which has been rejected by Aishwarya Rajinikanth (Rajini’s daughter). However after a week, Rajinikanth called PA Ranjith and asked him to plan the negative climax which he wanted to. The director was quite happy however he shot both the climaxes for the movie as he planned earlier so that he can make changes after watching the final copy. This has been worrying Rajini’s fans as the negative climax may have huge impact on the audience which leads to have a huge impact on the film’s result. The makers watched the film and they have been satisfied with the climax.
Radhika Apte played the female lead in Kabali and the movie has been shot in Malaysia. Made on a budget of Rs 120 crores, Kabali is one of the most awaited films in the recent times. The movie surprised everyone with the pre-release business which crossed Rs 200 crore mark. Santosh Narayanan composed the music and S Thanu produced Kabalion V Creations banner. Rajinikanth pinned huge hopes on the movie which will release on July 22nd in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi languages. Kabali is said to hit the screens in 4000 theaters and is said to mint Rs 100 crores in its first three days.
