Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kaala is hitting the screens today and in a huge surprise the film has been carrying low buzz. The pre-release sales have been quite low and the film remained unsold across various territories. PA Ranjith who directed Rajinikanth’s Kabali directed the film and Rajini essayed the role of a gangster in the film. Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar and Samuthirakani played other pivotal roles.
The openings of Kaala across the globe have been quite low. The movie raked 0.6 million USD in USA through premieres which is quite low. Kabali made 2 million USD through premieres and Kaala remained low. The openings have been even low across the Telugu states. Santosh Narayanan composed the tunes while Wunderbar Films produced Kaala. Lyca Productions released the film across the globe.
