Young actor Sachin Joshi has been working hard for success though he has a list of failures all through. The actor who is an established businessman is not in a mood to compromise till he scores a huge commercial hit. The latest news is that he bought liquor baron Vijay Mallya’s holiday home Kingfisher Villa for a record breaking price. Vijay Mallya owes Rs 9000 crores to Indian banks after which he left the country and landed in London.
After the businessman has been absconding from the country, SBI has been auctioning his properties. Despite of several attempts, Mallya’s lavish villa named Kingfisher Villa has not been sold as there have been no bidders. Now Sachin Joshi acquired the hot property for a price that is just higher than the base price which is Rs 73 crores. The villa has been spread across 3 acres towards the beach side in Candolim, Goa.
